AI Assist, Inc. ("AI Assist," "we," "us") is an automotive retail technology company. This policy describes how this website handles information. Our product platforms, AiF&I and Argus 360, operate their own sites and, where applicable, their own policies.

We use form submissions to respond to your inquiry and to route it to the right person on our team. This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on our behalf. Email you send us is handled by our email provider. These providers process your information only to deliver their services to us.

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@aiassistinc.com, and we will respond to reasonable requests promptly.
