About AI Assist, Inc.

The company, the thesis, and the standard.

AI Assist is an automotive retail technology company. It builds AI products that amplify the professionals who run dealerships and protect the customers they serve.

01The story

It started on a dealership floor, not in a lab.

Marina and Nick Letsios have spent a combined five decades running franchised dealerships in New York, from the service lane to the F&I office. They watched the AI wave arrive in their industry carrying two bad pitches. One said replace your staff. The other said ignore the technology and hope it passes.

Neither pitch matched what they saw in their own stores. The best results came when serious technology sat behind the people already doing the work. Marina had written about exactly this in The Second Eden, her book on shaping AI with wisdom and conscience. AI Assist was founded to build that third path: AI placed behind the professional, and honest proof that it is working.

The first product followed the biggest pain. AiF&I consolidates the fragmented workflow layer the F&I office runs on today, putting one screen and an AI crew behind the manager. The second product followed the biggest question. Argus 360 audits what dealerships actually say and do, and puts the proof on the record. Offense inside the store, and defense outside it. One thesis behind both: the system advises, and the person decides.

Mission

Put a world-class AI crew behind every professional in automotive retail.

Vision

An industry where technology makes people better at their jobs, and customers can trust what they are told.

02Leadership

Run by the people it was built for.
