AiF&I

The intelligent operating system
for dealership F&I.

AiF&I plays offense inside the store. One AI-powered platform built to replace the 5 to 8 fragmented systems an F&I office runs today, unifying deal structuring, compliance, and performance into one surface with a real human-in-the-loop F&I manager always in command.

01The problem

The F&I office runs on fragments.

A typical F&I manager works across 5 to 8 disconnected systems layered on top of the dealership's systems of record: the DMS, the credit networks, the menu system, the product providers, and the compliance checklist. Every handoff between them costs time, and every gap between them creates risk.

AiF&I is built to integrate with the rails the store already runs on, including DMS platforms such as CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, and Tekion, credit networks such as Dealertrack and RouteOne, and compliance platforms such as ComplyAuto. It is built to replace the fragmented workflow layer that sits on top of those rails, not the rails themselves. The design goal is one canvas for the whole deal.

02The agents

Five agents. One intelligence layer.
One professional in charge.

Staff approves before anything is final.

Each agent is built to handle a specific job the F&I manager does today, and to surface its work with its reasoning attached. Nothing is a black box, because a recommendation the professional cannot explain to a customer is not a recommendation worth shipping.

AGENT

Deal Architect

Structures financing in real time: terms, products, and payment options matched to the customer, the OEM, and the lender that just approved them.

AGENT

Compliance Guardian

Watches every disclosure inside the workflow, with stage-by-stage compliance gating across credit, OFAC, Red Flags, FTC UDAP, and state requirements.

AGENT

Rate Aggregator

Shows lender status across the deal in one view. There is no automated routing and no automated matching. Staff decide, and every credit decision stays human.

AGENT

Performance Coach

Lifts the whole team, with per-deal coaching drawn from the dealership's own playbook and surfaced before the manager walks into the box.

AGENT

Customer Advocate

The trusted interface layer for the customer, and the only agent the customer meets. A dealership-branded avatar reads the person in front of it and adjusts language, pace, and depth of explanation to match. A kiosk presents the same way to everyone. This agent does not. The F&I manager launches the session, supervises it, and is always one tap away.

Dealer Brain is the dealership's integrated context engine, a proprietary retrieval layer scoped to a single rooftop that coordinates all five agents. Handbooks, talk tracks, lender rate sheets, state disclosure requirements, and live deal data are all available to every agent in the platform. That knowledge depth, seeded through operator relationships and locked in through workflow, is the durable advantage the product is built around.

Where it stands

Built and demonstrable, not yet in production.

Three product surfaces are built and demonstrable today, the F&I Desk, the Admin Portal, and the Customer Advocate, and none of them are in production yet. The MPI video scoring tool is live at Atlantic Kia, the founders' own store, as of August 2026. Production launches are what the round funds.

  • The Dealer's Concierge is the distribution channel; rooftops introduced through it are channel-reported and not contracted
  • Engineering is led in house by a partner of the firm with deep enterprise AI and SaaS experience
  • Gated white paper and regulatory brief available on the product site
